By accessing or using the Global Digital Network ("GDN") platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

GDN reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To participate in the GDN affiliate network, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

GDN reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

As a GDN affiliate, you agree to promote offers in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertiser guidelines. You must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising practices.

Traffic sources must be disclosed during the application process. Any undisclosed traffic sources or changes in traffic methodology must be communicated to your account manager promptly.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all marketing materials comply with local advertising standards and data protection regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

GDN processes payments on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the payment schedule agreed upon during onboarding. Payment methods include wire transfer, PayPal, and select cryptocurrency options.

Minimum payout thresholds apply and vary by payment method. All earnings are subject to quality review and fraud checks before disbursement.

GDN reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraudulent activity pending investigation. Chargebacks and reversals may be deducted from future earnings.

Affiliates must not engage in cookie stuffing, ad injection, toolbar installations without consent, misleading redirects, incentivized traffic (unless explicitly approved), or any form of traffic manipulation.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.

All trademarks, logos, and creative materials provided by GDN or its advertisers remain the property of their respective owners. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting designated offers.

GDN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. GDN's total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate in the 90 days preceding the claim.

GDN does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, although we strive to maintain 99%+ uptime.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
